I’ve always loved Giada De Laurentiis and her easy, flavorful Italian recipes. The creamy ricotta and arugula really makes this savory dish come to life and the lush colors make it a treat for all senses. The buttery nature of salmon was really complimented by the sweetness of the balsamic glaze.
