Naked 2 features a workable palette of neutrals in a range of taupe and greige shades. For $50, you get 12 full-size eye shadows that are incredibly pigmented and blend flawlessly for either a natural or smoky eye look. Overall, the shadows are more warm-toned and less glittery than their counterparts in the original Naked. The palettes share only one shade – Half Baked – and you can check out the names and descriptions of the Naked 2 shadows on Sephora here. This time, Urban Decay opted to do away with the velvet cover and encased the shadows in an artist’s metal tin. The palette also comes with a travel-sized Lip Junkie Lipgloss in Naked (what else) and a double-ended shadow and crease brush.
I own both Naked 1 and Naked 2 and love them dearly. I feel complete, like I need no other neutrals in my life. For work, I’ve been wearing the lighter shadows from the Naked 2 palette such as YDK all over my lids, with a smidge of brown liner and mascara. For a night out on the town, the Naked lipgloss is perfect for tossing in your purse and makes your lips tingle deliciously from the plumping factor.
