doB Baked Carrot Fries
Ingredients
6 Large raw carrot, pealed and cut up into ¼ in. x 5 in. length sticks
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp dried minced onions
2 tbsp of virgin olive oil

Place all the dried ingredients into a sealed plastic bad and shake until all is combines well. Coat all the carrot sticks with the olive oil and place them in the bag, shake until well coated. Place evenly on a baking sheet that is sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in a preheated oven @ 425 for approximately 20-25 minutes or until they are tender on the inside. They are great served with a lite ranch dressing for dipping.
