Sweet As Candy Honey Shrimp Lollipops
Prep time: 30 mins.
6 Bamboo skewers soaked in water for 10 minutes
24 Large Shrimp (pealed and deveined)
2 1/2 cups of Teriyaki Sauce
2 tbsp. Clover Honey
2 tbsp. Fresh Garlic (finely chopped)
Combine teriyaki, juice of the lime, honey, and garlic in a small bowl and coat shrimp generously. Thread 4 shrimp on each of the six skewers. Place a large sauté pan on medium high heat. Add the shrimp skewers and let cook for approximately one and one half minutes. Then turn shrimp and cook for one more minute or until desires doneness.
Remove the shrimp and serve with wild or brown rice.
Suggestive side: Any yellow or green vegetable
