Skintastic Chocolate Mousse
Okay, we’ll admit it. Every time we reach for another piece of chocolate, mother’s voice rings in our ears, “Watch out, that’ll give you bad skin!” But as our meditation coach keeps telling us, “Put that thought on a cloud, and let it float away.”
Better yet, melt the chocolate and fold it in with some fluffy egg whites using this recipe for a skin-tastic mousse. Dark chocolate contains flavonoids, which help protect and increase blood flow to the skin. Loading up on those nutrients will give your skin a youthful glow. Now isn’t that the sweetest revenge?
